Source: The obituary is from a collection by Fauniel Hershberger, saved the 1950's, 60's and 70's. She was a life long resident of Fountain County Indiana.  The collection is now housed at Crawfordsville District Public Library.

Chester Keller, age 79, a retired farmer of Kingman Rt. 1, died Monday, March 13, in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill., where he had been a patient since March 7. Mr. Keller was born Oct. 6, 1887 in Fountain County, the son of Erasmus and Amy Pithoud Keller. He was married March 4, 1909 to Amy Ross, who survives. Surviving, in addition to the wife are three daughters, Mrs. Cleo VanNote and Mrs. Frances Davis of Veedersburg and Mrs. Mildred Perry of Veedersburg Rt. 1; one son, Delmar of Covington Rt. 2; one brother, Paul of Attica; 18 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers. Funeral services were held at 10:30 am Thursday at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman. The Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiated and burial was in the Cooper Chapel Cemetery, six miles south of Covington.  -- typed by Barbara B
